My stay at That House Hongdae was amazing and comfortable. The rooms were tidy, clean, and had a fresh smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to the subway and buses. I also appreciated the complimentary towels and bathroom amenities provided at the reception desk. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the stairs to the guest house and the lack of a mosquito net in the men's dorm room, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice vacation. I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

i booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, central heating, an individual safe, and a writing table. location: the hotel was really close to the nightlife.

The stay was absolutely really great. The property was fairly clean, the room was clean. The personnel was very polite and nice, and the host too. My room included climate control, a personal safe, and a writing table. I truly enjoyed that the hotel was 16 minutes drive from the airport.

During my recent trip to Seoul, I stayed at That House Hongdae for a quick transit stop. The hotel's convenient location was one of the pros of my stay. Situated only 15 km away from Gimpo airport, it made my journey much smoother and saved me valuable time for my onward travel. the hotel provided me with a clean and comfortable room, ensuring a good night's sleep before I continued my journey.

While my stay at That House Hongdae was generally pleasant, I did notice one minor issue with the bathroom. The infrastructure of the bathroom was in poor condition due to the water causing the wood to rot, resulting in an unpleasant smell.

The location of the hostel was very convenient, as it was near the subway station and bus station. It was also situated in a residential area, providing a quiet and comfortable atmosphere for guests. Additionally, the private rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was accommodating, allowing adjustable check-in times and providing luggage storage. The hostel also offered laundry service, and had a kitchen with a refrigerator and free water, tea, and coffee.

There were limited hours to use facilities such as laundry, which made it inconvenient for guests.

The overall experience at That House Hongdae was exceptional for senior travelers like myself. The hotel's decoration exuded warmth and coziness, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, with wide and well-lit hallways and comfortable seating areas.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have an elevator or an escalator to help with the stairs leading up to the guest house. Although the staff, who I affectionately refer to as the children working there, were always ready to assist, it would have been more convenient for elderly guests if there were alternative options for accessing the main road.

My stay was REALLY REALLY NICE for a nice vacation. I greatly enjoyed light room with a super comfy bed as well as private bath, and helpful and especially helpful staff. Everywhere there was clean. It was in a convenient and perfect location close to main shopping street.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping street. It is conveniently close to the train station, which makes it easy to explore other parts of the city such as City Hall or Gangnam. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and stylish furniture. The bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, and guests have access to a kitchen to prepare their own meals.

There were occasional noise disturbances caused by the washing machines, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

We had a great experience at That House in Hongdae. The staff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even prepared our room early when we arrived before check-in time. The private double bed room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a digital password entrance for added security. The bathroom was also spacious and had warm and stable water. The guesthouse provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and free towels. The location was convenient, with easy access to the AREX Hongdae Station and popular shopping areas. We also enjoyed the brief breakfast provided in the morning and the option to cook in the kitchen. it was the perfect basecamp for our stay in Hongdae.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay at That House. 👍🏼

Complimentary breakfast: I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the continental breakfast served each morning. It was a true feast that could rival even the most lavish buffet spreads.

No hot/cold water dispenser: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the absence of a hot/cold water dispenser. It would have been convenient to have easy access to both hot and cold water for drinking purposes.

Clean rooms and bathrooms - more than I expected. Convenient location near Hongik station exit 5 and bus station. Friendly and helpful staff - like Dunia. Laundry service - staff helped with everything.

Can just recommend.

The hostel was absolutely mind-blowing! The cozy rooms were surprisingly spacious, bigger than what you'd expect in Korea. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks away from the subway and buses, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything was incredibly organized and clean, with daily cleaning of the bathrooms and rooms. The amenities were top-notch, including free towels, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with free water. The common area near the reception was a GREAT place to relax. The value for money was amazing, and I loved how quiet and clean the hostel was. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge in between my plans. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when I arrived with big suitcases. The guesthouse had clean, spacious and new rooms with big bunk beds. It was a joy to stay in such a well-maintained and comfortable environment. The bathrooms were nice and there were no issues with sharing as there were multiple ones available. The rooftop had stunning views and the neighborhood was peaceful. The guesthouse was just a 10-minute walk from Hongdae, so it was convenient yet also provided a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone!
